Refund Policy – Royal Tours

We aim to offer hassle-free and reliable travel services. Please review our refund terms before booking with Royal Tours.

General Policy:

All confirmed bookings are final. Refunds are only processed under specific conditions as outlined below.

Eligible Refunds:

Cancellations made by Royal Tours due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen events will be fully refunded.

Customer cancellations:

Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point: Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Trip Packages: 50% refund if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip.

We only share your information with:

No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Trips partially used or completed.
Additional services requested on the trip.

Refund Process:

Refunds (when eligible) will be processed within 7 business days.
Amounts will be refunded to the original payment method via PayHere.
Service charges, if any, may be deducted.
